Shipping​

Shipping cost may vary depending on the size of an order.  All packages are shipped via USPS.  Overnight shipping costs vary-inquiries can be made at www.theladyofknots.com

All online orders received after 12pm on Friday will be processed on the following business day.

Returns​

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your Lady of Knots bracelet order within 14 days of receipt for a refund less the shipping.  We ask that any Lady of Knots bracelet that is returned is to be please be in it’s original condition, unworn & with tags and original packaging.  Worn merchandise will not be accepted.  Be sure to include your name, phone, shipping & email address.

The Lady of Knots pieces purchased at individual retailers cannot be returned to The Lady of Knots

Repairs​

Every Lady of Knots bracelet is handmade with love in the USA.  We strive for 100% customer satisfaction and will repair and/or adjust sizing for the perfect fit! Be sure to include your name, shipping address, email address & phone number.  We will repair within 7 days of receipt and return to you.
